I remember us having a, "my day kinda sucked," thread here before.
So a few days ago my laptop of five years died on me. My computer is somewhat important because it has all my files I use to apply for jobs and all my programs I use for graphic design and stuff. After some research I have concluded it was the motherboard that went bad. So now I get to replace that which will involve taking the entire laptop apart. I figure $300 and a day of laptop puzzle time is probably a better option for my financial situation than a $2000 new rig.
