Update: It is very late and I have work in the morning, but I'll see this damned beer get to the right temperature so I can pitch some stupid yeast in it and go to bed.
Aside from taking a long time, it's been a great night.
I'm actually considering getting into home brewing, I'll probably gather up the supplies and give it a shot this winter between semesters or in the summer at the latest. Busy college student and stuff. This thread shall serve as an excellent pro-tip source.
