A youtuber I watch, Jesse Cox, made an excellent point about the witch mercy skin. It was made solely for source filmmaker porn. That's for damn sure certain in my eyes. They're basically telling people to make porn of that skin.

That's an experimental patch for the Public Test Region. It's not live in the main servers and it's unlikely that those changes will enter the live game without adjustments.

The reverse. Armor reduces damage taken by half or 5 (whichever is less), so it's great against shotguns and other low-damage projectiles and weak (but still better than health) against, say, Reinhardt.
